I had the honor and privilege of participating in Kelby's Wellness & Burnout Prevention program in 2023. Additionally, I was in a small 6 peer cohort with private coaching sessions. Kelby's coaching helped change my perspective as a leader. I was able to prioritize my health and well-being - which has made me a better leader and a better employee. I would recommend working with Kelby to anyone but especially founders and leaders of small, medium, and large organizations. His coaching will help the individual which, in turn, helps their organization.

Kelby led a Build Without Burn Out group for a select group of founders that I had the pleasure of partaking in.
